Payroll sits where accounting, tax and labour law meet. A salary structure affects how much tax an employee pays, how much you contribute, and what a settlement looks like when someone leaves. Getting it wrong shows up first as unhappy employees and later as notices.
Apbiz designs the salary structure, runs payroll each month and takes care of every deduction and payment that follows from it.

Frequently asked questions
What do you need from me each month?
The changes: joiners, leavers, attendance or leave and any one-time payments. We take it from there.
Do you also pay the statutory dues?
We calculate and prepare them, and file the related returns. The payment itself is made from your account on your approval, unless you ask us to arrange it differently.
Can you handle employees in different states?
Yes. State rules for professional tax and for registration differ, and we apply the right ones to each location.
How do employees declare their investments for tax?
We collect declarations at the start of the year, adjust the deduction through the months and issue Form 16 after the year-end.
What happens when someone resigns?
We calculate the final settlement: salary, leave encashment, bonus or gratuity if due, and recoveries, and update every statutory record.
This page is general information and not advice for your situation. Rates, limits and due dates change, and some depend on your state or scheme, so we confirm the current rules for your case before we act.
